How photos become models
You photograph the dish — one front photo is required, and up to four angles give the model more to work with — and enter the plate's real measurements. The pipeline checks the images and builds a web-ready model in the background while your menu stays live.
If a model isn't ready, nothing breaks
Until a model is finished — or if a generation fails — the dish simply keeps its photos and stays orderable. The 3D badge only appears once the model is actually there, and you can retry a failed generation from the dashboard.
3D model vs AR model
It's the same model in two places. The 3D viewer lives inside the menu page; AR hands that model to the phone's camera view so the dish stands on the real table. Every 3D-ready dish is one tap away from AR on supported phones.
