- Do guests need to install an app?
- No. The 3D viewer runs in any phone browser. iOS, Android, even most older phones.
- How long does 3D generation take?
- Roughly 60–90 seconds per meal. You can keep working on the rest of the menu while it processes in the background.
- What if the AI 3D doesn't look right?
- Use AI Photo Fix to improve the source photo, then regenerate. Or upload a sharper photo. Most dishes look great on the first try.
- Can I use my own 3D models?
- Yes. Upload GLB / USDZ files directly in the dashboard if you already have models from a 3D artist.
- Will 3D slow down my QR menu?
- No. Models lazy-load — the menu opens instantly with photos, and 3D loads only when a guest taps a dish.
- Is 3D included on the Free plan?
- The Free tier includes the QR menu but not 3D generation. 3D requires a Starter plan or higher (150 3D meals included on Starter).
- Does 3D work on old phones?
- The 3D viewer falls back to the original photo on devices that can't render WebGL — so the menu still works, just without the spin.
